APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT MEMBERS

The Councillor and Magistrate Members of the Authority have appointed Mr. Nelam Singh for his first term and Mrs. Ruth Atkinson for her second term as independent members for four years with effect from 1 April, 2003.
