ASSISTANT CHIEF CONSTABLE VACANCY

1. Mr. P. Jacobs, Assistant Chief Constable (Territorial Operations) took up a new central service appointment with the Police Information Technology Organisation at Deputy Chief Constable level on 1 May, 2003.

2. Chief Supt. G. Wyeth has been appointed Temporary Assistant Chief Constable pending the appointment of a replacement for Mr Jacobs. Interviews are due to be held on 30 June, 2003.
