1 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

The declaration should be made at the time of the relevant debate.

RECOMMENDATION:

That by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Part 1 Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting.
