1.1 This report seeks approval to implement the improvement plan of the Best Value Review of the Education Welfare Service. The recommendations in the report of the BV review of the Education Welfare Service were agreed by the Education Policy Review Committee on 25 March 2003.

2.1 In order to implement this BV improvement plan it needs to be agreed by the Executive Member.
