Standards and Framework Act 1998, that Hampshire County Council, being the Local Education Authority, intends to make a prescribed alteration to Elvetham Heath Primary School, Fleet, by enlarging the premises of the school to cater for a total of 420 boys and girls aged 4 to 11, with effect from September 2004.

Pupils will be admitted to the school in accordance with the arrangements that are published each year prior to the date on which applications for admission must be made. Transport to the school will be provided for pupils who qualify in accordance with the Local Education Authority's published policy.
