13. APPOINTMENTS TO LIAISON PANELS
The Committee is requested to approve the appointment of Councillors Heath and Davidovitz as Chairmen of the Chineham Energy from Waste Plant and Fair Oak Sandpit Liaison Panels respectively.
NB - Please note that the presentation on the Natural Resources Initiative and Land Use Planning as mentioned in the letter of 22 April 2003 from the Chairman will now be held at approximately 11am, following completion of the formal business of the Committee rather than in the afternoon as previously notified; a separate letter will be sent out concerning this matter.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
