To consider a report of the Clerk on the Crime Prevention Panel Annual Review 2002/03 for the Panel to approve the content and design.

5 THE REVIEW OF ANNUAL GRANTS MADE TO VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS (Report herewith)

      To consider a report of the Consultant to the Panel on the grants currently allocated by the Authority to nine organisations, one of whom has sought an increase in their annual grant for the financial year 2003/04.

8 BEST VALUE REVIEW OF HAMPSHIRE POLICY AUTHORITY

      To consider a report of the Clerk on the recommendations arising from the recently completed best Value Review of Hampshire Police Authority. The report refers to the recommendations contained within the report to the activities of the Crime Prevention Panel. The report makes reference to those recommendations and sets out the action taken to date.
