Compliments and Complaints
Report of Chief Executive

The County Council's Complaints Policy requires departments to report annually to the appropriate Policy Review Committee on their monitoring of complaints and compliments. Accordingly, the following departments' reports are attached for the Committee's consideration:
(a) Property, Business and Regulatory Services - Annexure 1
Recommendations:
(i) That this first report be noted.
(ii) That this Policy Review Committee continues to receive an annual report on compliments and complaints within the Property, Buisiness and Regulatory Services Department.
(b) Chief Executive's - Annexure 2
Recommendations:
(i) That the report be noted and the actions taken be endorsed.
(ii) That this Policy Review Committee continues to receive an annual report on compliments and complaints within the Chief Executive's Department.
(c) County Treasurer - Annexure 3
Recommendation:
That the report be noted and that this Policy Review Committee continues to receive an annual report on compliments and complaints within the County Treasurer's Department.
(d) County Personnel and Training - Annexure 4
Recommendations:
(i) That the report be noted.
(ii) That the complaints handling process within Personnel and Training be reviewed and amended as necessary to meet changing departmental requirements.
(iii) That this Policy Review Committee continues to receive an annual report on compliments and complaints within the Personnel and Training Department.
