The following decision is sought:

That approval be given to the design project appraisal for the construction of additional basic need teaching accommodation at Brookfield Community School at an estimated cost of £1,435,000, excluding fees.

To provide additional basic need teaching accommodation at the School.

The requirements of the school for the facilities in question has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the design project appraisal are considered to be the most appropriate and cost effective way of meeting that need.
