The following decision is sought:

That approval be given to the project appraisal for the provision of a hall and library and associated storage facilities at Steep CE (C) Primary School at an estimated cost of £556,000, excluding fees.

To provide a hall and library and associated storage facilities at Steep CE (C) Primary School.

The need of the school for the facilities in question has been identified as a priority and the works set out in the design project appraisal are considered to be the most appropriate and cost effective way of meeting that need.
