Appendix C: Supporting the Rushmoor Strategic Partnership
As for the bid on developing the strategy work for £15,000, we have tried to
be more specific about what we are seeking. Although the overall cost of the
projects is well in excess of £30,000, the direct staffing costs have been
disregarded and will of course be met by Rushmoor. The bid will comprise of
the following:-
(1) Supporting seven thematic groups - * venue hire for quarterly meetings of groups for 2003/04 (seven groups x four meetings of half a day each) @ approximately £20.00 for four hours = £2,240
* support from professional independent facilitator to achieve consensus in
developing action plans @ £600 per group = £5,600
Total: £7,800
(2) Conference Review -
Contribution towards 2nd stakeholder conference (facilitation and venue costs)
to review progress and action planning process and to develop networking
opportunities. Bid request: £2,000
(3) Evaluating and Developing Funding Opportunities -
Employment of post-graduate research student to prepare report on
opportunities and methodology. Bid request £2,000
(4) Project Management -
To purchase project management software (licensing and training costs) and
supporting materials to establish system for developing the community strategy
and consultation processes and the monitoring and evaluation system. Total
cost: £3,100.
The overall total for the bid is £14,900
