Summary

1.1

As part of the Authority's Performance Management framework, the quarterly Best Value performance indicators are published in our Corporate Plan on our web-site:-

Attached to this report are the updated figures for the fourth quarter showing our performance for the period up to and including March 31^st 2003. This report also shows the year 2002/03 out-turn.

European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 1998

2.1

The proposals within this report are compatible with the provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 1998 and considered in the light of the Race Relations (amendment) Act 2000.

Recommendations

That the committee notes the Service's performance towards meeting the targets set for each indicator.
