1. ESPACE: INTERREG IIIB PROJECT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the County Council to enter into a contract in respect of an Interreg IIIB bid.

That, by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act

To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment seeking approval of the final accounts for 2002/03 for the Environment services.

4. TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2003/04 (AND 2002/03) PROGRESS REPORT AND PROGRAMME DETAILS (to follow)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the final Transport Capital Programme for 2002/03, the revised Transport Capital Programme for 2003/04 and the detailed programmes for Structural Maintenance of Highways and Bridges and for Pedestrian Crossings.

5. DRAFT TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2004/05 AND 2005/06 FOR CONSULTATION

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the indicative programmes for the Integrated Transport Capital Programme for 2004/05 and 2005/06 and for the preparation of reports for the Environment Policy Review Committee and the Area Transportation Panels.

6. FLEET TOWN CENTRE IMPROVEMENTS AND INNER RELIEF ROAD

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for a package of proposals in respect of Fleet Town Centre and the Inner Relief Road.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a project appraisal for the provision of traffic calming features in Hylton Road, Petersfield.

10. OFF SITE HIGHWAY WORKS: LANGSTONE TECHNOLOGY PARK, HAVANT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Chief Executive to conclude an appropriate legal Agreement in respect of off site highway works at Langstone Technology Park, Havant.

11. TRAFFIC REGULATION PROPOSALS: 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE - SCHOOL LANE, YATELEY

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to implement a Traffic Regulation Order to impose a 20 miles per hour speed limit on a specified length of School Lane, Yateley.
