To consider the report of the County Education Officer on the outcome of consultations arising from the proposal to relocate the Sundridge School, Cowplain for secondary aged boys with emotional and behavioural difficulties to a site at Woolston Road, Havant; and on the replacement of Woodlands Education Centre on the former Park House Primary School site.

To consider the report of the County Treasurer and County Education Officer on the final accounts of the Education Service for the year ended 31 March 2003.
8. RECYCLING SERVICE FOR SCHOOLS (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the County Education Officer and Directors of Environment/ Property, Business and Regulatory Services on the proposal to provide a source-separated recycling service to all Hampshire schools as part of a wider project to encourage schools to adopt sustainable practices.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
Appointed and co-opted members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
