1. Summary

1.1. The following decision is sought:

That the outcomes raised by the Members' and Officers' Disability Discrimination Act Working Group at its meeting on 14 May be approved in the priority order as amended. A copy of the outcomes was circulated to all Members of the County Council asking for any comments by no later than 15 July. The comments have now been received and are indicated in bold.

2. Reasons

To enable the Members' and Officers' Disability Discrimination Act Working Group to pursue the County Council's commitment to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. The original list has been updated to include any comments made by Members so far. Any further comments from Buildings, Land and Contracts Panel will be reported orally.
