Summary

1.1

That approval be given to

i)

The actions being taken to provide immediate assistance with low-cost accommodation as described in paragraph 3.2 of the report be endorsed.

ii)

Schemes be developed further for Executive Member approval as required, including consideration of possible 'partnership' arrangements to provide staff accommodation in support of the Nursing Care proposals.

iii)

The financial implications be assessed, including the opportunities to secure Government funding for specific schemes, and a further report be brought forward.
