1.1. The following decision is sought.

That Councillor M.J. Woodhall be appointed as the County Council's representative on the Accreditation Panel for Hampshire Association of Parish and Town Councils until the Annual meeting of the Council in 2005.

2. Reason

HAPTC has requested that a Member of the County Council be appointed on its Accreditation Panel for Hampshire.

This Panel will evaluate bids from Town and Parish Councils for Quality Parish status as part of a new and important Government initiative.
