Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

That approval be given to the grant of a 125 year lease of 0.12 hectares in Yew Tree Drive, Whiteley to Lisa Brown Physiotherapy Ltd for the construction of a physiotherapy clinic and the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services (Head of Estates Practice) be given authority to settle detailed terms and conditions.

2.1

To provide a site for a physiotherapy clinic to compliment the work of GPs and consultants in the Fareham/Gosport area.
