Summary

That:

i)

Authority be given for the freehold disposal of 0.067 ha (0.165 ac) of land at the former John Hanson School, Alexandra Road to the St John The Baptist Roman Catholic Church at open market value either as an immediate outright purchase or payments staged over a 10 year period and a deferred transfer and the Director of Property Business & Regulatory Services (Head of Estates Practice) be authorised to settle the detailed terms and conditions of the sale

ii)

In the event of agreement not being reached for an immediate or deferred sale to the Church, the site be offered for sale on the open market and the result of that marketing exercise be reported to a further meeting.
