1. The timetable of future activity be drawn up and set out as listed in the schedule attached. Set out below in the normal way are the key-decisions which may be made by the Executive Member on behalf of the County Council over the next four month period:

Authority to Invite Tenders for Domiciliary Care Services in Fareham/Gosport and Basingstoke area.

Authority to Negotiate a Single Tenders - Residential Services for People with a Learning Disability

Authority to Invite Tenders - Services for People with a Learning Disability

Key Decisions to be made by The Leader on behalf of the County Council over the next four month period:

Release of Delayed Transfers of Care Contingency Funds (£3.5m)

2. As indicated in the Constitution at Part 3: D Para 1.9 any Member can give notice to the Chief Executive that they wish a relevant item to be placed on the Agenda for the next available meeting of the Committee. On receipt of such a request the Chief Executive will ensure that the item is included on the Agenda.

That the report and timetable be noted.
