OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY MANAGEMENT PLANS:
CONSULTATION DRAFTS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment and the Director of
Recreation and Heritage seeking approval of the draft Management Plans for
North Wessex Downs and Chichester Harbour Areas of Outstanding Natural
Beauty.
(NB: This decision will be taken jointly with the Executive Member for
Spatial Strategy and the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage.)

2. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2003/04 (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment detailing the latest revenue budget monitoring position for the Environment services.
3. LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN - ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT 2003

To consider a report of the Director of Environment providing a summary of the Annual Progress Report for 2003, detailing how the Local Transport Plan is being implemented and showing progress made in working towards national and local objectives and targets.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the existing agency arrangements with District Councils to be extended for six months with effect from 1 October 2003 or until such time as these arrangements are superseded, whichever is the sooner.
