To consider the confidential report of the Chief Executive which seeks endorsement to the approach taken to the development of risk management, approval to the Cabinet's strategy for Management Risk, and affirmation of the policy of self insurance for the majority of risks. The report also contains details of arrangements for dealing with contractors' insurance.
