The following decision is sought: |

That, subject to funding from Winchester City Council, the project appraisal for the construction of a Multi-use Games Area (MUGA) at Swanmore Secondary School at an estimated cost of up to £258,300, excluding fees, be approved. |

Reason |

2.1 |
The construction of a MUGA will enhance the College's existing sports facilities, whilst expanding the existing programme of community lettings outside College hours. |
