1.1 The following decision is sought:

    That the accompanying report which sets out the latest budget monitoring position and the strategy for managing the 2003/04 Budget for the Education Service be approved.

2.1 Financial regulations require the budgets of services to be regularly monitored and for corrective action to be taken to control expenditure within approved cash limits.
