1.1 |
The following decisions are sought: |

|
(i) The Chesapeake Action Group be thanked for their submission within the additional time made available to the Group, but be advised that their proposal for Chesapeake Mill provides insufficient information to convince the County Council that it is a viable and sustainable use for the Mill that is capable of implementation |
|
|
|
(ii) Given the assessment of the merits of the Action Group`s bid against the proposals previously submitted by Taylor Haimes Ltd, that a long leasehold disposal to that company be confirmed, subject to the grant of planning and listed building consent. |
