1. Summary
1.1 The following decision is sought:
(i) that the Hampshire members of the Youth Parliament and the County Youth Council be invited to make representations in support of the idea of a concessionary fares scheme for young people;
(ii) that the report be circulated to Hampshire Members of Parliament; and
(iii) that the views of the Association of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Local Authorities be sought to agreement, in principle, on a county-wide scheme.

2.1 Report prepared on the subject at the request of the Leader following initial research.
