    programmes for the Integrated Transport Capital Programme for 2004/05 and 2005/06.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment updating Members on schemes in the Local Transport Plan Capital Programme and other initiatives within the New Forest Transportation Strategy area.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the appointment and remit of the New Forest Transport Strategy Officer.

11. CONSIDERATION OF CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT OF NEW FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL OFF-STREET CAR PARKS
(Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Head of Consultancy Services (New Forest District Council) detailing New Forest District Councils review of its approach to traffic management, and in particular the management of off-street car parks and the introduction of decriminalised parking.

Parking has been arranged in the top deck car park - a map is attached for information. Please report to Room 100 (reception) upon arrival and you will be directed to the meeting room. Refreshments will be served from 1.45 pm.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
