1. Part I : Chapter 10 of the Constitution lists area-based committees and panels and the Executive Member to whom they report. There is an error at the end of paragraph 10.2 on page 28, where it states that the River Hamble Harbour Management Committee reports to the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage. This reference is out of date and should, of course, be corrected to read that this committee reports to the Executive Member for Environment. The Committee is asked to recommend the Council to make the necessary amendment.

That it be a RECOMMENDATION to the County Council

That Part I, Chapter 10, paragraph 10.2 of the Constitution be amended to read as follows:-
