1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To consider a report of the Director of Environment summarising the issues raised in the South Hampshire Study report, due to be published shortly, which analyses the current situation and presents a range of forecasts in respect of the area's economy, transport, housing and the environment.
8. HAMPSHIRE NATURAL RESOURCES INITIATIVE - DELIVERY UPDATE (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment offering an update in respect of the Hampshire Natural Resources Initiative outlining what has been completed so far, what the key areas of work currently being undertaken are and what remains to be completed during the last six months of this financial year.
9. SCHOOL TRAVEL PLANS AND SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL

To consider a report of the Director of Environment reviewing the County Council's School Travel Plans and Safer Routes to School programme, with particular reference to historic performance, current resources (county and district level) and future policies.
10. MEASURING PERFORMANCE IN THE ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing progress to date made by a sub-group set up by the Environment Policy Review Committee whose remit was to become involved in specific areas of work in respect of measuring performance in the Environment Department. In addition, the report details the sub-group's recommended way forward.
11. ANNUAL REPORT ON THE COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK MONITORING 2002/03 (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing complaints and compliments recorded during the period April 2002 to March 2003.
12. ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE - FORWARD PLAN
(Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting out issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
