To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the indicative programmes for the Integrated Transport Capital Programme for 2004/05 and 2005/06.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the 2003/04 South West Hampshire Transport Strategy programme and other key strategy issues and schemes.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the intensive marketing programme that will commence shortly on a number of the best performing bus routes in the county.

11. CONSIDERATION OF CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT OF NEW FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL OFF-STREET CAR PARKS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Head of Consultancy Services, New Forest District Council on New Forest District Council's review of its approach to traffic management, in particular the management of off-street car parks and the introduction of decriminalised parking.
12. REVIEW OF TRANSPORT STRATEGY AREAS AND TRANSPORTATION STRATEGY PANELS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment reviewing the current Area Transportation Strategy Panels.
Parking has been arranged on the top deck car park off Sussex Street. - a map is attached for information. Please report to Main Reception, Room 100, Chief Executive's Department, Elizabeth II Court, upon arrival and you will be directed to the meeting room. Refreshments will be served from 9.45 am.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
