To consider a report of the Director of Environment updating Members on the delivery of the Local Transport Plan and the content of the County Council's third Annual Progress Report submitted to the Government Office for the South East and the Department for Transport on 31 July 2003.

6. DRAFT TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2004/05 AND 2005/06 FOR CONSULTATION (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the indicative programmes for the Integrated Transport Capital Programme for 2004/05 and 2005/06.

7. POLICY AND PROGRESS UPDATE (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the 2003/04 Central Hampshire Rural Transport Strategy programme and other key strategy issues and schemes.

8. PUBLIC SERVICE AGREEMENT BUS MARKETING PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the intensive
marketing programme that will commence shortly on a number of the best
performing bus routes in the county.

9. REVIEW OF TRANSPORT STRATEGY AREAS AND TRANSPORTATION STRATEGY PANELS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment reviewing the current Area Transportation Strategy Panels.

Parking has been arranged on the top deck car park off Sussex Street - a map is attached for information. Please report to Main Reception, Mottisfont Court, Upper High Street, Winchester upon arrival and you will be directed to the meeting room. Refreshments will be served from 10 am.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
