1. SOUTH DOWNS (INCORPORATING EAST HAMPSHIRE AREA OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY) INTERIM MANAGEMENT PLAN: CONSULTATION DRAFT (Report herewith)

    To consider a joint report of the Director of Environment and the Director of Recreation and Heritage seeking approval of the comments detailed in paragraphs 4.2 to 4.32 on the draft Interim Management Plan for the South Downs.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a number of actions in relation to the proposed provision of a Puffin Crossing on the A323 Fleet Road, Hartley Wintney and associated footways.

3. PROJECT APPRAISAL: AYLING LAND/CHURCH LANE WEST, ALDERSHOT TRAFFIC CALMING (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for a Project Appraisal for the implementation of traffic calming measures for Ayling Lane and Church Lane West, Aldershot.

4. PROJECT APPRAISAL: NEW ROAD, BASINGSTOKE - SIGNALLED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING AND ASSOCIATED HIGHWAY WORKS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for a Project Appraisal for the implementation of a signal controlled pedestrian crossing and other associated highway works at New Road, Basingstoke to be funded entirely by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's Capital Programme.

5. OFF-SITE TRANSPORT CONTRIBUTION: OUTLINE APPLICATION FOR THE ERECTION OF APPROXIMATELY 180 DWELLINGS, AREAS E AND F, KEMPSHOTT PARK, BEGGARWOOD LANE, BASINGSTOKE (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Chief Executive to conclude an appropriate legal agreement with Barratt and McAlpine Homes in relation to the making of a financial contribution towards the implementation of the Basingstoke Environmental Strategy for Transport.

6. OFF-SITE HIGHWAY WORKS: REDEVELOPMENT TO PROVIDE AN INTEGRATED TRANSPORT EXCHANGE INCORPORATING FACILITIES FOR BUSES, TAXIS, BICYCLES AND PEDESTRIANS TOGETHER WITH PARKING FOR STATION USERS, RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION, OFFICES AND ANCILLARY FACILITIES, LAND ADJOINING FARNBOROUGH STATION, UNION STREET, FARNBOROUGH (Report herewith)
