Summary

1.1

The following decision is sought:

That the improved performance in managing strategic risks as detailed in the revised Strategic risk assessment for Property Services for 2003/4 and detailed in Appendix 1 be approved.

To ensure that buildings are safe to occupy and that the County Council as landlord has a means to tackle health and safety improvement and guide future investment decisions.
