4 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION - HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORT ADVISORY PANELS (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Head of Corporate and Legal Services and Monitoring Officer seeking the Committee's approval to amend the Constitution in respect of a new structure for highway and transport advisory panels, prior to the meeting of the County Council on 27 November.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee/sub-committee/panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.

Independent Members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
