Revised Project Plan - October 2003

Timescale:

The revised timescale extends stage one by four months as the target date for taking the outcome report to PRC is May 2004 instead of January 2004 as planned in the project brief. The time spent on stage one will, therefore, be 14 months.

Milestones:

Stakeholders event 20 November 2003

Progress report to PRC 28 November 2003

Target dates:

Options report to PRC March 2004

Outcome report to PRC May 2004

and complete stage one

Consultation stage two March 2004

Resources:

· Project days- original allocation 584 days which included stages one and two. Core team meetings account for 153 days of this allocation.

· Costs of consultation-venue hire for November stakeholders day £600-£700

Constraints:

· Availability of project members and stakeholder representatives to begin stage two in March 2004

Dependencies:

· Approval to proceed from PRC with progress and options reports

· Obtaining agreement from stakeholders regarding preferred options
