Some questions for this survey:

    - what is provided now and what is expected? Are there targets?

    - How well is it being delivered?

    - Should we (HCC) be delivering it?

    - Can it be improved? What are the performance measures?

    - Who are the key partners?

    - What else could be done if resources were available?

    - What are the key issues (big questions) for this strand? i.e. drivers, pressures, expectations, constraints etc.

Much of this survey is collating what already exists, and in bringing it together, asking key questions. It may be that others outside the task group can provide the information and those within, who cannot make meetings, could contribute through e-mail. Some aspects have already been considered and BV'd elsewhere.
