1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

7. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2003/04 (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment updating Members on the revenue budget monitoring position reported to the Committee on 3 September 2003.
8. THE PLANNING AND COMPULSORY PURCHASE BILL - UPDATE

To consider a report of the Director of Environment updating Members on the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill which has recommenced its passage through Parliament.
9. DRAFT PLANNING POLICY STATEMENT 7 - SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL AREAS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing a proposed response by the County Council to a consultation paper published by the Government entitled `Draft Planning Policy Statement (PPS) 7 on Sustainable Development in Rural Areas'; comments required by 12 December 2003.
10. DRAFT ADDENDUM TO STRUCTURE PLAN SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING GUIDANCE `IMPLEMENTING POLICY H4' (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment
11. MINERALS AND WASTE PLANNING IN HAMPSHIRE: ANNUAL REPORT 2002/03 (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the sixth Minerals and Waste Planning in Hampshire Annual Report which includes information on monitoring and enforcement of development, the determination of planning applications and progress on the monitoring and review of planning policy for minerals and waste.
12. WASTE MANAGEMENT/PROJECT INTEGRA UPDATE (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment updating Members on current operational and strategic issues affecting both the County Council's waste management team and the wider Project Integra partnership.
13. CLIMATE CHANGE AND FLOODING (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the implications for Hampshire and the challenges that lay ahead for the County Council in respect of climate change and flooding. In addition the report details some of the climate change projects that are currently in operation or being considered.
14. REQUESTS BY MEMBERS FOR ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED AT A FUTURE MEETING OF THE ENVIRONMENT POLICY REVIEW COMMITTEE

To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting out issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this Committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
