1 Summary

1.1 This report lists acknowledgements and thanks from grant recipients and sets out a summary of the project development grant applications received since the last meeting of the panel on 1 July 2003. It recommends the Executive Member for Education allocate grants totalling £34,853.

1 Acknowledgements

1.1 Members will be pleased to learn that letters of thanks in acknowledgement of grants or reports of trips undertaken have been received from: Millennium Volunteers, League of Venturers Search and Rescue and Grayshott Youth Group. They are tabled in the acknowledgements file and are available at the meeting for Members' information.

2 Budget 2003/04

2.1 The revenue grant budget for the 2003/04 financial year and details of grant allocations already determined by the previous meetings of the sub-committee are as follows:
