To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal to carry out advance works on Section 3 of the South Hampshire Rapid Transit A3 Transport Priority Corridor.

3. DRAFT PLANNING POLICY STATEMENT 7 - SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN RURAL AREAS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the views, as detailed in Section 3, to be endorsed as the County Council's response to a consultation paper published by the Government entitled `Draft Planning Policy Statement (PPS) 7 on Sustainable Development in Rural Areas'.
4. HAMBLE AREA TRANSPORT STRATEGY DOCUMENT (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Hamble Area Transport Strategy to be adopted.
5. M3 TRAFFIC NOISE AND OTHER MATTERS INVOLVING THE IMPACT OF THE MOTORWAY AND TRUNK ROAD NETWORK ON HAMPSHIRE'S ENVIRONMENT (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Highways Agency to be invited, on an annual basis, to a meeting of the Environment Policy Review Committee to discuss M3 traffic noise and other matters involving the impact of the motorway and trunk road network on Hampshire's environment.
6. DELETION OF DEVELOPMENT RESTRICTION AT THE QUAY STREET JUNCTION, FAREHAM (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval that a west-to-east flyover at the A27, Quay Street, Fareham not be pursued, and to support the removal of restrictions on development within Policy T7 of the Fareham Borough Local Plan Review (June 2000) and Policy T14 of the Hampshire County Structure Plan.
7. PROJECT APPRAISAL: HALTERWORTH AND THE MOUNTBATTEN SCHOOLS, ROMSEY - SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL SCHEME (Report herewith)
