1. MINERALS AND WASTE PLANNING IN HAMPSHIRE - ANNUAL REPORT 2002/03 (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to publish the Minerals and Waste Planning in Hampshire Annual Report for 2002/03, grant delegated authority to the Director of Environment to make further minor amendments to the report and that the Development Control Service Improvement Plan be endorsed subject to budget decisions to be made for 2004/05 .

2. THE PLANNING AND COMPULSORY PURCHASE BILL - UPDATE

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a course of action in respect of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill which has recommenced its passage through Parliament.

NB: This decision will be taken jointly with the Executive Member for
Environment.

3. A36 PLAITFORD - WEST WELLOW SPEED AND SAFETY STUDY
