    To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing various matters in respect of the Phase 2 extension for Winchester Park and Ride at Bar End.

2. RIVER HAMBLE REVISED BUDGET 2003/04 AND FORWARD BUDGET 2004/05 AND HARBOUR DUES CHARGE 2005

To consider a report of the County Treasurer seeking approval of the River Hamble revised budget for 2003/04 and recommending the proposed Forward Budget for 2004/05 and the Harbour Dues Charge 2005.

5. PROJECT APPRAISAL: INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS - CENTRAL SYSTEMS (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a project appraisal for the installation of Intelligent Transport Systems and infrastructure and applications.

6. OFF SITE HIGHWAY WORKS: B1, B2 AND B8 DEVELOPMENT ON LAND AT SOUTHMOOR PARK, PENNER ROAD, BROADMARSH, HAVANT (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Chief Executive to conclude appropriate legal agreements with the South East England Development Agency, the Highways Agency and the County Council in order to secure an improvement to the junction of the A27(T) and Harts Farm Way.
