REASONS

The proposal represents the most economically viable arrangement for the County Council and will provide continuity of service for vulnerable people and their carers.

Social Care commissioning is fundamental to achieving the aims of "Maximising Life Opportunities". The focus on quality and cost contribute to "Improving Services" and the partnership approach with local care providers assists with "Achieving Economic Prosperity".
