Work with developers to increase the mix of housing provision and developers contributions put back into infrastructure and other priorities as identified in community strategies

Clear classification of what key worker and young people in relation to affordable housing means in Hampshire in order to inform decision makers

Scrutinise and influence the plans/proposals of existing partnerships and where appropriate develop joint budgets
