There will be a short introduction to the exhibition followed by free time to view the various displays. Officers from the Environment Department will be available to answer questions between 9.30-10.30am and upon rising of the Committee.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the outcome of the first round of consultations on the review of the effects of climate change on the County Council's coastal interests.

7. PROJECT INTEGRA BUSINESS PLAN (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment summarising the 2004/05 Project Integra Annual Business Plan, which will be submitted to the Executive Member for Environment for approval.

8. MEASURING PERFORMANCE IN THE ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT: BENCHMARKING FOR BEST VALUE PERFORMANCE INDICATOR TARGETS 2002/03 - COMPARISONS WITH OTHER COUNTY COUNCILS

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment which continues the process of measuring performance in the Environment Department in 2002/03, as measured by the national Best Value Performance Indicators.

    To consider a report of the Chief Executive and Director of Environment setting out issues which the Committee may wish to discuss at future meetings.

11. BLACKWATER VALLEY BUS SERVICE 1 PRIORITY ROUTE - PHASE 1 A325 FARNBOROUGH ROAD, FARNBOROUGH (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment requesting that the Committee scrutinises the detailed decisions made in respect of additional costs that are expected to be incurred with the completion of Phase 1 of the Blackwater Valley Bus Service 1 Priority Route scheme.
