1. ADOPTION OF MANAGEMENT PLANS FOR THE NORTH WESSEX DOWNS; EAST HAMPSHIRE, CHICHESTER HARBOUR AND CRANBORNE CHASE AND THE WEST WILTSHIRE DOWNS AREAS OF OUTSTANDING NATURAL BEAUTY (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking a decision for the Management Plans detailed above to be adopted by the County Council.

(NB: This will be a joint decision with the Executive Member for Spatial Strategy)

2. A27 PORTCHESTER ROAD, FAREHAM - BEAULIEU AVENUE TO DELME ARMS ROUNDABOUT - CYCLEWAY (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a virement for additional funding from the Local Transport Plan in respect of A27 Portchester Road, Fareham cycleway.

3. ADDENDUM TO SUPPLEMENTARY PLANNING GUIDANCE `IMPLEMENTING POLICY H4' (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Addendum to Supplementary Planning Guidance `Implementing Policy H4' to be adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance.

4. PROJECT INTEGRA ANNUAL BUSINESS PLAN 2004/05

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the Project Integra Annual Business Plan for 2004/05.

5. BLACKWATER VALLEY BUS SERVICE 1 PRIORITY ROUTE - PHASE 1 A325 FARNBOROUGH ROAD - FARNBOROUGH (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a virement for additional funding from the Local Transport Plan to meet the forecast final expenditure figure.

6. TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2002/03 AND 2003/04 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO FUNDING (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the funding of specified schemes in the 2002/03 and 2003/04 Transport Capital Programmes to be amended.

7. THE HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PLAN 2004

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Highway Maintenance Management Plan to be updated to reflect changes introduced in the national standard document `Delivering Best Value in Highway Maintenance, A Code of Good Practice'.

8. AGENCY ARRANGEMENTS WITH DISTRICT COUNCILS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for existing Agency arrangements with District Councils for the delivery of highway-related services on Traffic Management, Development Control, grass cutting and tree maintenance, and capital programme scheme preparation, design and implementation, continue from 1 April 2004 for a period of three months or until such time as these arrangements are superseded.

9. LEIGH PARK CANGO (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to continue the existing Leigh Park Cango contract for a period of up to three months to allow for consultation on options outlined in the report. In addition, approval is sought for the operation of a one vehicle demand-responsive service in Leigh Park to continue beyond this period.

10. PORTCHESTER HOME ZONE DESIGNATION AND 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the designation of Sunningdale Road, Castle Grove and Myrtle Avenue, Portchester as a Home Zone and approval for the making of a Traffic Regulation Order extending the current 20mph speed limit in West Street, Portchester.

11. KNIGHTWOOD DEVELOPMENT DEED OF VARIATION

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Chief Executive to conclude an appropriate Deed of Variation with J S Bloor (Newbury) Limited varying the existing Agreement as detailed in paragraph 7.1 of the report.

12. SCHOOL CROSSING PATROL SERVICE, SITE DECOMMISSIONING AUTHORISATION - B3397, HAMBLE LANE, EASTLEIGH BOROUGH

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval that the School Crossing Patrol site for Hamble Lane, Eastleigh Borough be decommissioned and removed from the list of `active' School Crossing Patrol sites in Hampshire.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the installation of a Toucan Crossing on Hamble Lane, Bursledon.
