14. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL
The next meeting of the Basingstoke and Deane Highway and Transport Advisory Panel will be held on Wednesday 10 November 2004 at 10.00 am in Committee Room 1, Deanes Building, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
