1 Summary
1.1 This report lists acknowledgements and thanks from grant recipients and sets out a summary of the project development grant applications received since the last meeting of the panel on 11 November 2003 and recommends the Executive Member for Education allocate grants totalling £17,875.
1.2 Supporting the voluntary sector youth organisation through Annual Revenue Grants supports Corporate Strategy aim 1, Maximising life opportunities and Corporate Strategy aim 4, Building strong and safe communities, as well as contributing to the Cabinet priority for Youth.
1 Acknowledgements
1.1 Members will be pleased to learn that letters of thanks in acknowledgement of grants or reports of trips undertaken have been received from: 14th Eastleigh Scout Group and Scout and Guide Band. They are tabled in the acknowledgements file and are available at the meeting for Members' information.
2 Budget 2003/04
2.1 The revenue grant budget for the 2003/04 financial year and details of grant allocations already determined by the previous meetings of the sub-committee are as follows:
