1. The timetable of future activity be drawn up and set out as listed in the schedule attached. Set out below in the normal way are the key-decisions which may be made by the Executive Member on behalf of the County Council over the next four month period.

    · Authority to negotiate a single tender - Support Services for people with disabilities in South West Hampshire (Confidential)

    · Authority to negotiate a single tender -Domiciliary Care Services in South East Hampshire (Confidential)

    · Authority to negotiate a single Tender - Mental Health Day Services in South West Hampshire (Confidential)

    · Authority to invite Tenders Housing Improvement Associations (Confidential)

    · Authority to Negotiate Single Tender to extend contract to provide day care for older people in Gosport (Confidential)

    · Authority to Negotiate Single Tenders - Domiciliary Care Services in Fareham/ Gosport (Confidential)

    · Authority to invite Tenders for Domiciliary Care Services to South West Hampshire (Confidential)

2. As indicated in the Constitution at Part 3: D Para 1.9 any Member can give notice to the Chief Executive that they wish a relevant item to be placed on the Agenda for the next available meeting of the Committee. On receipt of such a request the Chief Executive will ensure that the item is included on the Agenda.

RECOMMENDATION

That the report and timetable be noted.
