1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To consider the eight annual report on major achievements of the County Council, prepared by the Chief Executive.

5. BEST VALUE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS - COMPARATIVE RESULTS FOR 2002/03 (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive on the comparative performance indicator results for 2002/03 for a basket of key performance indicators, and the action taken in 2003/04 to address the areas of concern.

6. REGIONAL EMPHASIS DOCUMENT (RED) (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Chief Executive which provides the Cabinet with the opportunity to consider and comment on the Regional Emphasis Document which informs the Government's 2004 Spending Review. This item was deferred from the 12 February meeting of Cabinet.
