To approve the level of grant allocations for 2004 - 2005 to voluntary organisations, to support the work of the Early Education and Childcare Unit as set out in the Sure Start Strategic Plan for 2004-2006. as follows:

Hampshire Pre-school Learning Alliance £185,000

National Childminding Association £60,500

Hampshire Children and Families Forum £50,300

KIDS Centre, Gosport £26,800

The Elizabeth Foundation Deferred

To support the work of the Early Education and Childcare Unit, through a variety of commissioned services, all with grant agreements.
